During his 20-year career in telecommunications, he has led multiple international projects in the area both in Greece and abroad. He has worked in strategy, operations, technology and services with leading telecommunication corporations around the world and assisted them in defining and implementing major transformation programs. He has also major presence in international telecom conferences with extensive coverage by the international business media.

Dr. Sabatakakis has a B.S. from Yale University, an M.S. from Dartmouth College, and a PhD from the National Technical University of Athens, all in Electrical Engineering. He is also a mobile telecommunications reviewer for the European Commission. He is married with two children.
